Returns, Refunds and Exchanges:

Sunday Polo Tickets and Event Tickets

  • Rain Outs or Postponed Events: Purchased Red Oak Courtyard tickets, Groupon, Box by the Day and Event tickets will be honored on another weekend of your choice based on availability. Please contact us at [email protected] to reschedule your tickets. No refunds.

All tickets for events at participating venues are fully refundable for 72 hours after purchase, or when you buy tickets from us of equal or higher price, up until one week before the event. Our standard policy for events is No Refunds or Exchanges. But if something comes up closer to the event and you can’t make it, we’ll do everything we can to help. Just contact us!

Tangible Items

  • Returnable Items: The HPC offers a competitive 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you’re not 100% satisfied, simply return the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
  • All Sales Final Orders: These items have been drastically reduced. In order to provide you with these savings, we cannot accept returns. When you see the “all sales final” message on the product description page, please know that you will not be able to return the item unless it arrived damaged or defective.

TICKET POLICY TERMS AND CONDITION OF SALES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. In the event of a cancellation for which there is no rescheduled date, a refund for this ticket may be issued at the option of the management. The gates open one hour before match-time. Schedule of play is subject to cancellation or change in the event of inclement weather. Waiver of Rights for Dangerous Conditions on Premises.

By entry onto the grounds of 8550 and 8552 Memorial Drive, Houston, Texas 77024, the entrant and all in its party are deemed to be aware of their proximity to the horses and equine activities, including the sport of polo, and that such exposes them to the risk of serious injury or death, including without limitation, the risk of being kicked or trampled by horses and the risk of being hit by polo balls or mallets. All persons .. must keep a safe distance from the stable areas and any equine activities on the property. Further, that the entrant and all in its party hereby specifically agree to indemnify the Houston Polo Club and the Bayou Club from any and all claims, damages, actions or causes in law or in equity brought by third  parties with respect to conduct of entrant or any member of its party.

NO REFUNDS. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK AND DANGER INCIDENTAL TO THE GAME, EXHIBITION, EVENT, OR PERFORMANCE WHETHER OCCURRING PRIOR TO, DURING, OR AFTER SAID SHOW. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK AND DANGER OF INJURY AND YOU AGREE THAT THE MANAGEMENT, ITS AGENTS, AND THE PERFORMERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES RESULTING FROM SUCH CAUSES. NO ALCOHOL, DRUGS, WEAPONS, FOOD, OR GLASS CONTAINERS ALLOWED. NO RECORDING DEVICES, STILL CAMERAS, OR VIDEO CAMERAS PERMITTED. NO TRANSMISSION OR AIDING IN TRANSMITTING ANY DESCRIPTION, ACCOUNT, PICTURE, OR REPRODUCTION OF THE EVENT, GAME, PERFORMANCE, OR EXHIBITION. YOU HEREBY CONSENT TO THE REASONABLE SEARCH FOR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, DRUGS, OR WEAPONS. YOU FURTHER CONSENT TO THE USE OF YOUR IMAGE OR LIKENESS INCIDENTAL TO ANY DISPLAY,  TRANSMISSION, OR REPRODUCTION OF THE EVENT. MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ADMISSION OR EJECT ANY PERSON WHOSE CONDUCT IS DEEMED BY MANAGEMENT TO BE DISORDERLY OR WHO FAILS TO COMPLY WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN. IN THE EVENT OF A CANCELLATION FOR WHICH THERE IS NO RESCHEDULED DATE, A REFUND FOR THIS TICKET MAY BE ISSUED AT THE OPTION OF THE MANAGEMENT AND MAY NOT INCLUDE ADDITIONAL TICKETING FEES (I.E., TICKETING OPERATIONS FEE, SHIPPING FEES, ETC.).
