Conditions of Tournament:
  • Teams to compete on a handicap basis.
  • All players must be current USPA members. Team captain is responsible for team players being currently registered and handicapped. https://www.uspolo.org/association/membership
  • All players are required to wear a NOCSAE ND050 rated helmet.
  • Teams entered “with naming rights” must provide jerseys and team must own farm or company whose name they’re using.
  • Teams entered “without naming rights” will be paired with a corporate sponsor, jerseys will be provided by HPC. Team captains will be responsible for returning jerseys to the club.
  • Teams are responsible for bringing one umpire horse to their games.
  • Current HPC release and emergency contact forms must be completed, prior to participating.
  • The Host Tournament Committee (HTC) reserves the right to reschedule tournament games in the arena due to field conditions.
