Rain Outs/Cancelled Events: In the case of a rainout, all ticketholders will be notified by email as soon as the field is declared unsafe to play. All tickets are reschedulable within a year of the purchased match date. Purchased Red Oak Courtyard and Box by the Day tickets will be converted to credit status, honored on another Sunday of the purchaser’s choice, within 1 year of match date, based on availability. No Scalping or Third-Party Resales: Tickets for Sunday Polo events are only valid if purchased directly through Houston Polo Club website. Tickets purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers, resale sites, or private individuals (including scalped or resold tickets) will not be honored for admission

By entry onto the grounds of 8550 and 8552 Memorial Drive, Houston, Texas 77024, the entrant and all in its party are deemed to be aware of their proximity to the horses and equine activities, including the sport of polo, and that such exposes them to the risk of serious injury or death, including without limitation, the risk of being kicked or trampled by horses and the risk of being hit by polo balls or mallets. All persons must keep a safe distance from the stable areas and any equine activities on the property. Further, that the entrant and all in its party hereby specifically agree to indemnify the Houston Polo Club and the Bayou Club from any and all claims, damages, actions or causes in law or in equity brought by third parties with respect to conduct of entrant or any member of its party.
