In the fourth chukker, Eureka’s team captain, Jorge Cernadas scored back to back goals to bring his team back in the match, but Pipe Marquez was able to sneak in his fourth goal of the game, to end the chukker leading 7 to 4. In the fabulous fifth chukker, La Elina’s Aranha was the sole scorer to double up Eureka 8 to 4. Not ready to call it quits, Eureka’s Cernadas found the first goal of the sixth chukker through the Douglas Elliman’s goal posts. La Elina’s Marquez responded once more, but Eureka found what they had been looking for all game, scoring three unanswered goals! With the clock ticking down, Eureka ran out of time as La Elina squeaked away with the one goal win of 9 to 8! |
