As the second half kicked off, Pata Life’s Philipp Kampshoff extended his team’s lead with another successful penalty conversion, but Island Time Polo/Plank Companies found their legs, as they surged back into the game with 3 goals scored between Michelle Agrons and Tommy Alberdi to now trail 4 to 4.5. As the teams shook hands after a game well played, spectators appreciated the “between game divot stomp” sponsored by Douglas Elliman. Families and friends walked Farish Field, enjoying complimentary champagne, snapping photos, and getting a chance to have a closer look at the Shoppa John Deere Tractor, the Bill Fick Ford Truck, and the Mossy Ineos Grenadier! Soon it was time to kick off the second game of the day, and the spectators returned to their seats and two new teams stepped onto the field. |
