For the final round of the HPC 4 Goal Lonestar Cup, the Houston Polo Club and WOLF hosted a doubleheader Sunday featuring Pata Life vs. Oak Bend Farm and Crows Nest Ranch/YOLO Polo vs. Jaipur Ranch/Island Time Polo. |

In the first matchup, Pata Life’s leading scorer Sylvia Kampshoff put 3 goals on the board, with teammate Nick Cifuni adding another. Oak Bend Farm answered with 2 goals, sending the teams into halftime with Pata Life leading 4.5–2. In the third chukker, Oak Bend Farm narrowed the gap to trail 4 to 4.5, but Pata Life regrouped in the fourth chukker as Jesse Weaver and Cifuni added two more goals. Despite multiple attempts on goal, Oak Bend Farm’s Jose Lezcano managed to convert a Penalty 6 safety before the final horn, giving Pata Life the win with a score of 6.5–5.

As the teams shook hands on a well-played match, between game festivities kicked off with a divot stomp led by the 2025 Bill Fick Ford dually driving onto Farish Field, complete with complimentary champagne. Spectators enjoyed a beautiful November afternoon in Houston, taking photos, stomping divots, and checking out the new Land Rovers from Sonic Land Rover Houston and the Shoppa John Deere tractor and gators. Once the field was reset, it was time for the final game of the day.

| The second match began as a defensive battle, with the only first chukker goal going to Crows Nest Ranch/YOLO Polo. They extended their lead with two more goals in the second chukker, though Jaipur Ranch/Island Time Polo’s Joe Bob Lequerica broke through to put his team on the board, trailing 1.5–3. Crows Nest Ranch/YOLO Polo found their offensive rhythm again in the third, scoring three goals to their opponent’s one and maintaining a 6–2.5 lead. Foul trouble struck Crows Nest Ranch/YOLO Polo in the fourth chukker as Jaipur Ranch/Island Time Polo converted three penalty shots, pulling their team within half a goal. With tension rising and the clock winding down, Jaipur Ranch/Island Time Polo committed a foul near their own goal, awarding Crows Nest Ranch/YOLO Polo a Penalty 2. Hank Stout stepped up, calmly sank the shot, and secured the HPC Lonestar Cup victory. |

6 GOAL: USPA KELEEN & CARLTON BEAL CUP
In their third 6 Goal final matchup of the season, BTA and Piney Woods Polo faced off in the USPA Keleen & Carlton Beal Cup on Saturday, November 8. BTA began the game with a half-goal handicap and quickly set the tempo as both teams scored three goals apiece in the opening chukker. BTA’s high scorer of the day, Cody Ellis, added two more goals in the second chukker aboard his best playing pony, Muscle Milk. However, BTA also ran into foul trouble, allowing Piney Woods Polo’s Jack Kiely to convert two open-goal penalties, ending the chukker with BTA narrowly ahead 5.5–5. |

| The third chukker was a battle for field position, with BTA’s KC Krueger and Piney Woods Polo’s Joao Aranha trading goals. BTA maintained its slim advantage, leading 7.5–7 heading into the final chukker. Krueger added BTA’s eighth goal, extending the lead to 8.5–7. But Piney Woods Polo’s Kiely took control when it mattered most. Needing two goals to secure the win, he first converted an open-goal penalty and then found the goal from the field, sealing a 9–8.5 victory for Piney Woods Polo. |
