HPC Member $550
Non-Member $600

Entry Closing Date: Friday, September 26, 2025
Draw Date: Sunday, November 9, 2025
Farish Cup Teams will be drawn by HPC

Conditions of Tournament:

• Players must have completed 8th grade to participate.
• Teams to compete on a flat basis.
• Player entry fee must be paid in full by entry closing date.
• Players must be currently registered with the USPA and have a USPA handicap.
• All players are required to wear a helmet that passes the NOCSAE ND050 Standard Performance Specification.
• Current release form, address, and phone number must be on file in the Polo Office prior to participating in the tournament.
• The Host Tournament Committee (HTC) reserves the right to reschedule tournament games in the arena due to field conditions.
• Entry form must be completed in full, signed by the player and submitted to HPC by the entry deadline
