USPA WOMEN’S CHALLENGE

Tournament: USPA Women’s Challenge – 8-12 Goal
Dates: November 11 – 16, 2025  – 4 Chukkers

Entry Fees:
HPC Member Team* With naming rights $2,900
HPC Member Team* Without naming rights $2,500

Non-Member Team With naming rights $3,150
Non-Member Team Without naming rights $2,700

Entry Closing Date: Friday, September 12, 2025
Draw Date: Sunday, November 9, 2025
* Must have at least one HPC member to qualify

Conditions of Tournament:

• Teams to compete on a handicap basis.
• Team entry fee must be paid in full by entry closing date.
• All players must be current USPA members. Team captain is responsible for team players being currently
  registered and handicapped.
• All players are required to wear a helmet that passes the NOCSAEND050 Standard Performance Specification.
• Current release form, address, and phone number must be on file in the Polo Office, prior to first match of the
  tournament.
• Teams entered “with naming rights” must provide jerseys and team must own farm or company whose name
  they’re using.
• Teams entered “without naming rights” will be paired with a corporate sponsor, jerseys will be provided by
  HPC. Team captains will be responsible for returning jerseys to club.
• The Host Tournament Committee (HTC) reserves the right to reschedule tournament games in the arena due
  to field conditions.
• Entry form must be completed in full, signed by the team captain or representative and submitted to HPC by
  the entry deadline.
• Teams are responsible for bringing one umpire horse to their games.
